My little Tomy Dream noodle car arrived today! I'm very happy with it! The soup-up car had an open lid which features inside shrimp noodles and the Tomica wheels are so small, but they roll fast! Also includes a sticker for details! I give it five stars for creativity and play time. I wonder if this type of transportation really exist in Japan!

The Storm Runner is a 3-in-1 vehicle ready for any high-risk rescue in the Hypercity. It changes form easily from a supersonic jet to an underwater submarine to a high-speed race car! In jet mode, there are two mobile action bases under each wing that can be used to launch vehicles. The jet can also launch a police hero train engine, saving the day from the air or the ground. This is a really wonderful toy. It's been a long time since I got any Japanese transformer-type toys and I'd forgotten how good they could be.

The Storm Runner is a transport plane that splits into a jet fighter (which turns into a race car because, hey why not?), a train and a flying wing. It can carry Matchbox-sized cars (or 28mm models) in its cargo pods. It's well made, not very breakable, and then can be combined with other toys in the Tomica series to make various winged-tracked-robot-car-plane monstrosities.

I see hours of fun coming out of this.
